down with you face to face and listen to your requirements, that list could include:

School size (large 8-form entry, small 4-form entry)

Ofsted grades
A particular Faith ethos

thing is that a school offers fantastic Induction Year support for NQTs. The last place you
want to be is a school that won’t support your development as your begin teaching.
